NDIS Registered Art Therapy Provider
Are you unsure what it means if a provider is NDIS registered? It is your guarantee that their qualifications and business standards have been closely examined. Only NDIS registered providers are permitted to display the "Registered NDIS Provider" tagline. Vashti Taverner Art Therapy is a registered NDIS provider.
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) has three streams of fund management: Self Managed, Plan Managed and NDIA Managed. If your funds are NDIA managed you will need to use a registered NDIS provider. This means that you can be guaranteed the providers you choose have been carefully selected by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. The Commission will only approve providers whose qualifications and business standards have been verified by an independent assessor and by the commission itself.
In the case of Art Therapy providers NDIS registration also means they must have completed Master's level qualifications or equivalent to register with ANZACATA: The Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapy Association. Only Professional Members of ANZACATA are entitled to display the ANZACATA Professional member Badge as show below.
