Online Art Workshops
I have a selection of workshops on offer for adults and young people starting in September. The focus of these workshops will be using zines and journaling to build coping skills, increase self-confidence and reduce feelings of anxiety.
While we are restricted in our movements outdoors, we can still join together and unite online. Many of our usual activities are not available to us but it is a great time to develop new skills. For some of us it is difficult to get out into the community so now is the perfect time to take advantage of online learning opportunities.
You don't need to have any art experience or even special art materials to join these courses and connect with others to share your combined knowledge and experience. All you need is a pen or pencil and paper!
