Tips for coping with stress during the COVID-19 outbreak

Feeling stressed, worried, anxious or panicked are completely reasonable responses to the Coronavirus outbreak and the media and social media reports circulating but don’t let these reactions get the better of you. The World Health Organisation have released the following advice for coping with stress during the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
